Flint Ridge Vineyard is more than just a winery. Wine at Flint Ridge Vineyard is the culmination of numerous synergistic activities that take place on our diversified farm. We do not produce wine simply for the sake of wine. For Flint Ridge Vineyard, wine is a means to sustain our livelihood, our landscape, and our community. We are not satisfied to produce award winning wines in a way that undermines the integrity of our land, nor are we satisfied to produce pricey organic wines with compromised flavor. At Flint Ridge Vineyard we seek a balance. We strive to follow examples set forth by nature to craft resilient agro-ecosystems, a form of restorative farming, with the aim of improving the quality of our land, which we believe will continue to yield richer and more flavorful fruit. In the vineyard we focus on quality rather than quantity and building the wine's flavor on the vine, rather than manipulating the flavor of the wine in the winery. We invite you to visit the winery, taste our craft, and discover the additional products and activities that we have to offer.
The August date for Flint Ridge Vineyard's Pizza Night is Friday, August 6th, from 5:00 to 10:00 pm.
If would like to attend, secure a spot by emailing (news@flintridgevineyard.com) or leaving a phone message at (740) 787 2116. Please let us know how many people will be accompanying you, the number and type of pizzas you would like, and the approximate time you will arrive.
As usual we will have Spicy Corn Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, Herb and Cheese Pizza, and a seasonal Garden Pizza.
Live Music
From time to time we have the pleasure of hosting local musicians who contribute to the ambiance of this hide-away. These fine artists compliment the culinary, and visual arts found at the Winery with their auditory arts, rounding out the sensory experience.
The August Pizza Night we will feature Matthew Smith of the band Marbles For Eyes
We have cheese plates available on most Saturdays or you are welcome to bring a picnic basket of food. Pizzas are available only on special dates because of the time involved in preparing the handmade crust and in firing the oven.

Red Tail & Hopewell Red Now Available
We have completed another bottling of Red Tail, our popular sweet red, concord-based wine, and it is now available at the winery.
Both our silver medal 2009 Hopewell Red and 2008 Hopewell Red are now available for sale at the winery.
Flint Ridge Vineyard is one of only 6 locations in Ohio where you can purchase heirloom vegetable seeds that are preserved by the Seed Savers Exchange. We have just received a fresh selection of seeds in time for your spring planting.
Seeds for this season have arrived. Come view the selection. We have several varieties suitable for growing in containers, even some sweet corn!
